Shipping and delivery

  • Orders placed in India are catered to by safe and reliable courier companies like Delhivery, DTDC, Xpressbees, FedEx, and BlueDart.

  • We offer free standard shipping within India for all orders above ₹ 699. For orders below ₹ 699, the shipping charge is ₹ 80.

  • At present we do not offer international shipping.

  • For express delivery, please contact us.

  • We ship our ready pieces to you within 5 to 7 working days.

  • Custom orders are shipped out within 10 to 14 days.

  • Shipping time depends on the logistics partner and will be updated to you. 

  • If you wish to expedite the delivery of your order, please contact us.​

Return and exchange for Apparels

  • We offer size exchanges only for the same product, style, and colour that you have purchased. In case your required size/ material is not available, a credit note for the amount spent will be issued to you. 

  • Please note that an unboxing video is a must.

  • Free size garments (like sarees and stoles) will not be eligible for an exchange/return.

  • All custom-made orders are non-returnable.

  • Please note that actual colors may vary due to your computer resolution and monitor color restrictions. For any clarification regarding colors, feel free to contact us.

  • If you would like a different size in the same style of clothing that you have already purchased, you will need to go through the following steps: 

a. In case of return or exchange, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the garment.​

b. You can send the garment back to our office in Bengaluru (address and other details will be sent over mail when you initiate an exchange request). 

Or,  you can contact us to arrange a reverse pick-up of the garment at a standard shipping cost of INR 100 within 2 days of delivery of the product.​

c. Please ensure that the product is unused, unworn, and the original tags are intact. ​

d. Once the unused product is received at our end, and checked, we will dispatch the required size depending upon its availability.

e.The entire process, after receiving the product to be exchanged at our studio and sending the exchange order to you, takes about 10–15 business days.

​g. In case the required size/ material is not in stock, we will issue you a credit note (after deducting the applicable shipping charges).

​h. You can use the credit note for your future purchase with us.​

In case your product/package is lost/misplaced, we will investigate the issue both internally as well as with our courier partners. If the issue is internal, the resolution will be given within 48 hours. In case this issue is from our courier partner's end, the issue will be resolved for you within 3-5 business days.

  • ​All our Home category products, jewellery and accessories are not eligible for any refund/return/exchange.

  • ​However, If ANY of the products delivered to you has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, is broken/damaged, or a wrong product is delivered to you, please write to us at along with the unboxing video of the product as soon as you have opened the packaging. We will try to replace the product/issue a credit note/initiate a refund depending on the scenario. Any complaint that is reported after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted.

  • Please note that an unboxing video is a must.

  • ​We incorporate many natural materials and fabrics, most of which are handcrafted by artisans. Minor irregularities are natural to these materials and will not be considered defects.

  • We try our best to describe and represent color accurately. However, there may be slight color variation due to your computer resolution and monitor color restrictions. This is not considered a basis for return. 

Return and exchange for lifestyle products and accessories

  • ​Order once placed cannot be cancelled. 

  • Due to unavoidable circumstances, there may be times when certain orders having been validly placed may not be processed or capable of being dispatched.

  • Coloristry reserves the exclusive right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department or any defect regarding the quality of the product.

  • We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card/ debit card/ any other mode of payment has been charged, the said amount will be reversed into your Account/ as the case may be to the source of the payment within a period of 20 working days. Any type of voucher used in these orders shall be returned and made available to the user in case of cancellation by Coloristry.
